Gwyn Featonby. BSc (Hons), RGN, RSCN, DipR MCThA
Gwyn is a qualified nurse, Acupuncturist, Hypnotherapist, Reflexologist, and Aromatherapist. She has been practicing complementary therapies for over 30 years. Much of her work has been within hospitals and hospices, where she uses many therapies including massage, acupuncture and reflexology to help adults and children manage symptoms related to cancer and other long term or life threatening illness. Gwyn is also an Independent Consultant for Neal's Yard Remedies and Face the World, offering facials and massage using these products.
Sheila Moore, BSYA (IH) Reiki II
Sheila is trained in the techniques of Reiki and Indian Head Massage. Reiki is a natural healing process. Reiki energy works wherever it is needed most. Mental benefits included enhancing the effects of conventional medicines, stimulates the immune system and balances the body energies. Reiki treatments last an hour.
Indian Head Massage uses various massage techniques for the upper back, shoulders, neck, head and face. Sessions last half an hour.
Kirsten is a BACP registered Counsellor. There are many different types of therapies available and its important to find the best fit for each individual. Kirsten is an Integrative practitioner which means she takes the best, most evidence based tools from a range of therapies which include; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic working, Transactional analysis, Gestalt, Neurobiology and Mindfulness.
Tessa is a member of The British Dietetic Association and is HCPC registered. She is a highly skilled specialist dietitian who has worked in the NHS for over 20 years in hospital, community and research settings. Tessa has extensive experience in clinical nutrition which includes providing specialist dietetic assessment, management and treatment of clients within a wide range of specialities.
